Saint Patrick's Day Glam
I always love an excuse to play with makeup, so I decided to play with some forgotten green eye shadows (for St. Patrick's Day) and I am glad I did. After applying the standard go to face glam (LOTD post), I started with a base of Chantecaille Shine Eye Shade in "Shell"-it has a really pretty gold highlight to it. Then I used Chanel Beauty Ombre Contraste 17 Duo eye shadow in "Khaki" from the outer crease inward. I then went from the inner crease outwards with the color "Discret". After thoroughly blending, I applied a tiny bit of Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Palette of shade "Throne" in the crease and then a dusting of "Pyramid" on the lower lid. Under the brow bone, I used "Primavera" from ABH Modern Renaissance palette. I then used Trish McEvoy's 24-Hour Eye Shadow and Liner in "Smokey Emerald".
For highlight, I used the shade "Helia" from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Aurora Glow Kit on my cheeks and "Heavenly Halo" from bareMinerals' Neuturals palette on the bridge of my nose, Cupid's bow, and chin.
For lips I used Buxom Full-On Lip Polish "Brooke".
For hair, I used my Hot Tools 1 1/2 inch curling iron to alternate curl patterns, leaving the ends out.
