Experimentations
I gotta say, its been so fun trying out new(ish) makeup looks. For the last two years, I've stuck to a rut of the same old shadows (listed on my LOTD post), but thanks to Anastasia Beverly Hills, I've been able to inspire myself to branch out.
For last night's match, I used a few different products than my usual starting with my skincare. I had some Chantecaille samples laying around and felt inclined to switch it up. I first used the Flower Infused Cleansing Milk with my Foreo Luna Mini and then applied the Detox Clay Mask with Rosemary and Honey. I then applied their Rose de Mai Face Oil, Nano Gold Firming Treatment, and Rose de Mai Cream. For the eyes I used Natura Bisse Diamond Extreme Eye Cream.
For primer, I used Charlotte Tilbury's Wonder Glow Instant Soft-Focus Beauty Flash. All other products are listed in my LOTD post aside from my concealer, eyeshadows and highlight. I only used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette. First, I used Tempura all over lid from brow bone to lash line. Then, I started with a little Red Ochre in the creases. I used Antique Bronze to blend and sparkle followed by Golden Ochre on the inner lids. I then used a touch of Primavera to the lower lid and Vermeer for brow bone highlight. I then lined my eyes with black liner (Smashbox Always Sharp Kohl Liner in Raven) and then used a smudge brush to blend liner with Cyprus Umber.
For Highlight, I used Vermeer on the bridge of my nose, lip, and chin and for cheeks I used Anastasia Beverly Hills Aurora Glow Kit in shade Lyra.
For mascara I used Le Volume De Chanel Mascara #10 Noir and concealer I used Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Custard.
For lips I used Buxom Full-On Lip Polish in Jasmine
