Charlotte Tilbury Smokey Eyes are Forever Palette + Curled Under Hair Tutorial

I took advantage of the Sephora Rouge savings yesterday and I am glad I did. I bought the Charlotte Tilbury Smokey Eyes are Forever Instate Eye Palette. It has 4 different looks inside and today I chose to go with “Confident Eyes”.
