Life Updates: Lake Washington and Nordstrom

My life has had some very dramatic changes recently.  First; we moved.  I love our new place!  Can't beat living ON THE WATER with giant waterfront view featuring the Seattle skyline and Olympic Mountains in the background.  I am so very grateful that I was able to pull this off.  Side note for all you haters out there, I was homeless in my past, so going from the Tacoma Rescue Mission to luxury waterfront living is a pretty darn big accomplishment to be proud of, so...*hair flip*

The next big change is my career.  I used to work part time merchandising at the stadium and substitute teach in between shifts and games.  I worked for Nordstrom before I took an opportunity with the teams and always felt there was so much more I could've done with that company.  Well, on a whim I applied to a position in the beauty department and a week later, I was hired as Full-Time BOC!  BOC stands for Beauty On Call, but I am not really on call.  I was hesitant to sign with a specific line as I love to learn and review all of them, so this will give me a chance to fill in around the department and learn more, which in turn, means YOU get to learn more!  I am so, so excited so be on the lookout for many beauty reviews and ways to shop with me!  

Don't worry-I haven't left my position with the teams.  You can still find me on game days at the stadium!
