My Morning Routine-a Natural Alternative to Botox with Steps
The above picture is me 5 mins ago holding a photo of me at the age of 17. It was my senior portrait. I spent MANY MANY hours in tanning beds. I also gasp smoked cigs in beauty school and college (never again)….How the heck does my skin look the same if not BETTER than when I was 17 now that I am 40? Well, aside from limiting alcohol intake and taking the right supplements (more to come on that), I recommend a solid morning routine. Below I share mine…
The first thing I do is put my thoughts to the Lord and mentally put on the Full Armour of God (Ephesians 6). Then the dogs attack me. Then I get up and grab my Spark.
Then I head downstairs to the gym and stretch using my ballet barre.
Then I head upside down using my inversion table.
Now its walkie time-the Hulet Pack and I hit the streets for a mile or so.
Next…time to soak in my inflatable hot tub. I use this bad boy twice a day and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
Almost done…time to sit in the infrared sauna for as long as I can stand it….This sucker I also use twice a day and is the reason I don’t put my hair extensions back in.
In the shower, I use an ice facial roller. I just got this thing. OMG
