Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum Review

Happy birthday to me! I was sent another amazing product to try out and review for you guys! This time I got a chance to test Sulwhasoo’s First Care Activating Serum-the latest in the K-Beauty trend. This product is designed to be the first step after cleansing in your skin care ritual. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and I do have to say, I am a fan!

It is formulated to be used prior to any other skin care products to boost the effectiveness of all applied afterwards. First Care contains Sulwhasoo’s JAUM Balancing Complex; five Korean herbs (Lotus, Rehmannia, Peony, Solomon’s Seal, and White Lily) combined into a potent cocktail formulated to combat fine lines, hydration, and nourishment all before you even apply your serums and moisturizers.

It has the consistency and look of honey without the stickiness. I apply about a dime size to my fingertips and gently apply into the skin while still kind of damp after cleansing. The product dissolves into the skin almost like aloe vera does and feels great! It has a pleasant, minimal scent. The product claims to be the secret step to that smooth, glass skin type of glow. After using it for awhile, I found that I am a bit more glowy than before; I will definitely keep using it! I love how my skin has responded since adding this to the beginning of my routine.
